Overall it was fine, but the shipping cost felt a bit too high tbh. Wish it was a little cheaper, becuase that would make ordering way easier.

"Return was easy overall"
I had to return one item from my order and it went okay. The refund took a few days to come through, which was a little slower than I hoped, but I mean, it wasn’t a huge deal. Support got back to me and the instructions were clear enough, so overall it was painless.

The packaging was solid. Nothing was falling apart or looking like it had been through a disaster, so I’d say it was packed well enough and arrived in good shape.

"Good selection, but my trust has slipped a bit"
I’ve ordered from vitamart.ca a few times, and the selection is what keeps bringing me back. They carry a lot of brands and products, so it’s easy to find my usual vitamins and I’ve picked up a few new snacks too. It’s definitely better than what I can find in stores near me. That said, after a couple of small issues with my orders, I don’t feel quite as confident as I did at first. I still like the variety, but my trust in ordering from them has been a little worn down.

They did get back to me and the support was okay, but it took a bit too long. Not terrible or anything, just wish the reply came sooner tbh

"Well... shipping was way faster than I expected"
Well... I was surprised how quickly it showed up. I got my order in just two days, which was way sooner than I was expecting.

"Good prices overall"
I usually find better prices here than I do in stores, which is a big plus. The free shipping deals help too. Not everything is the absolute cheapest, but overall? Good value. I keep checking here first

"Easy enough, but checkout dragged on"
I found what I needed quickly, so that part was fine. Of course, when I got to checkout, it had to slow down on me a bit, which was kind of annoying. Still got through it, but it felt like the one part I needed to be smooth ended up taking longer than it should have

"Fresh and arrived fast"
My vitamins showed up quickly, and everything seemed fresh when I opened it. I’m guessing they probably move a lot of stock or keep things stored well, because nothing looked old or beat up. Overall, no complaints

I ordered a few supplements from Vitamart.ca and everything seemed totally fine to me. The seals were all intact, expiry dates looked normal, and the packaging matched what I’m used to seeing in stores, so that was reassuring. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it wasn’t bad either, just kind of average. The only thing that bugged me a bit was the tracking didn’t update very quickly, so I was wondering where the package was for a while. But everything arrived in good shape, and overall I’m happy with it. I’d probably order from them again
